  • Represented angel investor fund in $1.5m investment into an early-stage cannabis-related marketing company.
  • Represented a Florida based private equity fund, in its $75 million investment into a marina roll-up play; acted as lead associate in reviewing the fund documents; subscription agreement and private placement memorandum for fund’s investors; also reviewed transaction documents for investment into roll-up company.
