Ideal Candidates Should Meet the Following Minimum Requirments

• 7+ years of proven background in corporate law
• A J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Florida Bar
• Confident and self-motivated professional
• Skilled at drafting transaction documents, have an eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within deadlines
• Significant experience drafting and reviewing complex corporate governance agreements, commercial contracts, and corporate transactional contracts
• Strong analytical skills
• Great team working abilities, as well as a courteous and respectful attitude
• Highly organized and practices excellent time management
• Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within deadlines
• Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to changing needs and responsibilities
• Ability to multi-task, and pivot based on client need

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following

• Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes
• Developing company policy and position on legal issues
• Drafting and management of various types of contracts, legal reports, and supporting documentation
• Researching, anticipating, and guarding clients and their companies against legal risks
• Guiding clients and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
• Negotiating and coordinating business transactions and deals
• The ability and interest to oversee those under their supervision
• Attending company meetings
