Stephanie Boussias, Esquire, is an associate attorney with Hunter Business Law. Her practice areas include corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and restaurant related matters. Prior to joining the Hunter Business Law team, Stephanie worked as an associate at one of the largest civil trial law firms in Florida. Having experience as a litigator has placed Stephanie in the unique position of seeing the ramifications of a contract failing. She leverages this experience to spot potential issues prior to their occurrence, and collaborates with colleagues to counsel clients regarding creative ways to mitigate the spotted risks.
Stephanie attended Florida State University, where she received undergraduate degrees in English Literature and International Affairs. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Stephanie worked as a research assistant, and aided in the production of publications on the subjects of Federal Evidence and Criminal Procedure. Additionally, Stephanie interned for Community Legal Services of Mid Florida, for which she was the recipient of the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award.
