Katelyn Dougherty has a decade of experience in the legal industry. With a background in commercial real estate, and extensive experience in corporate law, Katelyn’s main focus is entity formation, structuring, and governance. Additionally, Katelyn has found joy in trademark law, and obtained an advanced certification in trademark law from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Katelyn has a unique eye for business and marketing, which gives an added advantage not only to the clients of Hunter Business Law, but Hunter Business Law itself.

Originally from Maine, Katelyn moved to Tampa, FL, in December of 2007 to attend the University of South Florida, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Criminology and Sociology. She later earned her Juris Doctorate from Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, while also working as an Advanced Certified Paralegal, Trademark Specialist, and Office Manager for Hunter Business Law. Katelyn later became the Firm Administrator of Hunter Business Law and now maintains a dual role as an associate and firm administrator so as to maintain her love of both business and law.
